Attendance & Collection Information
We can’t wait to welcome you to Clay Club LDN! Here’s everything you need to know before your visit, plus details on collecting your finished pottery.
Arriving for Your Class
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your class start time so we can get everyone settled and begin promptly.
If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to get you up to speed, but please note that classes run to a schedule and may not be extended.
What to Wear
Working with clay can get a little messy (that’s part of the fun!).
We recommend:
- Wearing comfortable clothing you don’t mind getting a bit dirty
- Keeping nails short if possible (it helps when working with clay)
- Tying back long hair
Aprons are usually provided, but it’s best to come prepared just in case.
After Your Class – Firing & Glazing
If you’ve selected our Fire & Glaze option, your pieces will be professionally finished in the kiln.
- This process typically takes 3–4 weeks
- During busy periods, it may take slightly longer due to kiln capacity
We’ll notify you by email as soon as your pottery is ready to collect.
Collecting Your Pottery
Once you receive your notification:
- Please collect your items within 7 days
- Collection is available during our opening hours
If you’re unable to collect within this timeframe, just let us know — we’re happy to help.
