Clay Club Membership

Memberships are available for more experienced artists who are able to work unsupervised in the studio for up to 24 hours per week. This membership is ideal if you would like to use the facilities during the day when the studio is less busy.

We offer 24 hr access and have a 524L kiln (18.5 cubic). Members can fire to 1000 degrees and 1260 degrees. Technical support is available and individual or group tuition can be booked via our classes page to learn or refresh techniques in ceramics with a 20% discount.

Membership includes: your own shelf in the studio for work in progress and to place your own tools. (Members are also allowed to use the tools in the studio)

A variety of coloured glazes are included in the studio membership and a selection of clays are available to buy from the studio. We sell 12.5kg bags of stoneware clays. Members are welcome to purchase their own glazes providing they fit within the firing bracket of XYZ.

Special temperatures outside of this bracket require a kiln hire.

Please note At 16:00 on weekdays we have children’s classes that take place in the studio. Members are welcome to stay provided they are aware there will be inevitable noise and some of the equipment will be taken up by the classes. Adults classes resume from 7pm.

Membership costs £250 pcm for a minimum commitment of two months.

One months deposit is required and one months notice to cancel membership.
